Be sure to etermine who and where the majority of your local customers are coming from to find you, use tracking analytics to monitor.
Research has shown that most retail customers come from with a five mile radius of the business’s location, by placing tracking code on your website and capturing customer details in store you’ll be able to determine where the majority of your customers work and live. BTW,you should also place tracking codes on your website to be sure that those customers who go online to find your website see your ads on Facebook and Google when they leave your site. These follow me cookies are also is a great way for you to gain additional research on your customers… a bit sneaky but the technology is there why not use it…The big boys do and now so can you!
Finally why not try Facebook’s “Local Awareness” ad tool. This ad tool from Facebook gives you the ability to directly target people who are within a targeted distance area which you set around you business.
